Arriving via Copenhagen Airport
Copenhagen Airport is a well-designed, modern airport with excellent transport links.
To transfer to the conference at the Bella Center, we recommend:
- Taxi. This takes less than 15 minutes and costs DKK 200-250. Hail a taxi straight outside the arrivals building.
- Metro. This method is also very quick and costs much less than a taxi. Take the ‘M1’ line to ‘Bella Center Station’.
Badge Collection
Upon arriving at the Bella Center, the press/analyst badge collection desk is directly inside the main atrium. Your taxi can drop you right outside the front door, while the ‘Bella Center Station’ (Metro) is located adjacent to one of its side entrances; a short, 2 minute walk from the front.
Cloakroom facilities are available for you to stow bags and other items while you are at the conference.
Press Office
The FTTH Council Europe Conference Press Office is a ‘safe haven’ for journalists and analysts attending the event. Permanently staffed and open throughout the duration of the conference, the press office contains refreshments, work facilities and exhibitor press kits explicitly for your use.
Follow the signposts to reach the Press Office, which is located very close to all the main conference proceedings on the mezzanine floor. Admittance to the Press Office is strictly controlled to journalists and analysts only.
Members of the Council PR team are constantly available to offer support in locating information and individuals. The press office is also the best place to gain the latest updates about media events taking place during the course of the conference.
