Pat brings more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience to Cohesive, eight of which were spent with InterConnect Communications promoting their consultancy services and technical publications and organising workshops, seminars and conferences both in the UK and abroad.
She has worked in both the public and private sector with her most recent role being in the NHS. Here, Pat took care of managing training and development for senior members of staff.
In a new role, Pat now oversees all aspects of office management for Cohesive, as well as playing a key part in administering the company HR strategy and occasionally acting in a PA capacity for Andy and Mark. In her spare time Pat is a keen seamstress and takes care of the design and production of costumes for the local dance school stage shows.
